Ham Radio Repair
I specialized in ham radio which are no longer serviced by factory , however not expert on Tube type radio.
The repair rate is $15/ hour , Maximum of $200 + ( cost of Service Manual , if I already don't have one yet ) + ( Actual Parts Cost, if I can still get one. ) + ( Actual return shipping cost back to you ) on any radio.
If I can not fix it because of the parts availability or because of my ability, there is no fee other than actual return shipping cost. or, if you opt to sell it to me to be used as parts for others repair, I will buy it for reasonable price.

About My Repair Shop :
I have notice many relatively new but well built radio between 1980 to 2000, manufacture no longer repair them.
and from my experience, I understand many of the repair are minor such as one resister, one small transistor, one burn out trace, one bad capacitor.
and I have felt good radio other wise , not able to be used is waste , because of one minor problem.
Since, I still have day time job, I repair radio as parts time, but I will work on your radio as much as possible, most of the radio's turn around time is 2 to 3 weeks.
